Responsibilities
Membership Program Acquisition & Operations
Design and implement the HICC Pet Club membership program, covering acquisition, engagement, and retention. Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, and segment customer database for personalized marketing.
Rethink and shape the membership experience and product & service offering, grounded in data, insights, and user needs.
Ensure members feel valued through customer service excellence, handle feedback and optimize the membership journey.
Community Building, Engagement & Growth
Build strong ties with Singapore’s pet parent community.
Support showroom events, grooming workshops, and lifestyle gatherings.
Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and showroom teams to promote online-to-offline integration (e.g., customers purchasing membership cards online and redeeming products & services offline).
Leverage referral programs to boost member acquisition and brand advocacy.
Support the Sales & Marketing Integration
Support the Shopify operation team to increase revenue share from members; Grow member average order value; drive repurchase rates
Increase showroom footfall through targeted EDM and CRM campaigns.
Encourage pet owner engagement and sharing (UGC, event highlights), provide content assets to the Marketing Manager. leverage member stories and event showcases to reinforce HICC Pet’s positioning as a pet wellness & grooming lifestyle brand.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in marketing & operation.
Experience in CRM, membership/loyalty program management is a PLUS (preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or pet industry).
Experience in managing both online (Shopify, EDM, CRM tools) and offline (events, showroom activations, community building) initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and how to improve repeat purchase rate, AOV, and retention.
Hands-on experience with EDM, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing.
Event planning and community management skills; comfortable hosting/organizing workshops, lifestyle gatherings, and grooming courses.
Responsibilities
Organize and develop global product launch plans, monitor the implementation process to ensure timely availability across all channels, and manage the entire product lifecycle. Coordinate R&D, marketing, sales, delivery, and other links to ensure smooth product launch.
Formulate overall targets based on market trends and decompose them into various channels; coordinate across channels to achieve overall sales targets; track sales performance; and be responsible for sales indicators throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsible for market research, grasping market trends, outputting market & product research reports, assisting the company in implementing overseas development strategies and business plans, understanding the industry status quo, and planning and adjusting the company's sales channel layout.
Responsible for full-cycle integrated marketing project management for products, including price strategy operation, promotion planning, resource allocation, terminal execution, and marketing effect follow-up. Develop operational strategies for each stage of the product lifecycle and conduct data analysis and summary of market performance at different stages.
Work closely with the channel sales department to formulate and adjust product strategies and marketing strategies, including market insight, channel research, price setting, and overall planning of sales policies during the product lifecycle. Monitor and analyze inventory status, dynamically adjust sales strategies, and ensure smooth entry into sales channels.
Share responsibility for sales results, standardize and guide sales activities, promote the optimization of various business indicators, and maximize product profitability.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Professional working proficiency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Experience: 3-5+ years in sales, product management, go-to-market, or product marketing within the consumer goods industry.
Cross-functional Coordination: Strong cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination skills, adept at integrating resources to ensure project success.
Market Insight: Keen ability to discern market trends and accurately assess market needs and competitive dynamics.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management, capable of driving execution and resolving practical challenges efficiently.
Mindset: Problem-solving oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
